Our main offices are located at CityPlace, on the second floor of the Massachusetts Transportation Building. Edit facilities, cablecast operations, portable production equipment, training areas, the BNNLive Studio and administrative offices are all located here.

We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. To enter and exit the offices weekdays after 6 pm or on weekends or holidays, a valid BNN ID or driver's license is required. To remove equipment, you must have a valid BNN ID and a completed request form signed by a BNN staff member.
Directions — via Public Transportation
The CityPlace offices are close to the Green Line's Boylston Street station and the Orange Line's New England Medical Center station. From Boylston Street station, simply cross Boylston, turn right and walk half a block until you reach the Boylston Place Pedestrian Alley. CityPlace is at the end of the alley. From the New England Medical Center station, exit at Washington Street toward Stuart Street and turn left. Walk down Stuart for two blocks and cross Tremont Street. The modern red brick building at the intersection is CityPlace.
Directions — via Car
The CityPlace building stands in the center of the Boston Common, Chinatown, the Theatre District and Park Square and is easily accessible via Columbus Avenue or Tremont, Stuart, Charles or Boylston Streets. There is ample metered parking on these streets. Alternatively, there is an indoor parking lot in the basement of the building. You may park in this lot free for up to 30 minutes with a validated ticket. After that you will be charged $5 and up. BNN will not reimburse for parking over 30 minutes.

Directions — via Public Transportation
Take the Orange Line to Ruggles station. Transfer to bus route #23 to Washington Park Mall and exit onto Warren Street.
Directions — via Car
The Mall of Roxbury is located at the intersection of Warren Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard. Parking is available along Martin Luther King Boulevard, or in the mall's parking lot.
- From south of Boston: Get onto Washington Street heading downtown. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Boulevard and continue to the intersection at Warren Street. The mall will be on your left and the Roxbury YMCA will be on your right.
- From north of Boston: Get onto Washington Street heading away from downtown. Drive through Dudley Square and turn left onto Dudley Street. Get into the right lane and take your first right onto Warren Street. Continue on Warren several blocks. The Mall is on the right at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

The building is on the left side of Commonwealth Avenue, two blocks southwest of Kenmore Square (driving away from downtown). There is a parking lot for visitors to Boston University located almost directly across Commonwealth Avenue, near the corner of Granby Street. Metered parking is sometimes available nearby on Commonwealth Avenue, Beacon Street or Bay State Road.
